Return Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers who purchased items from Mebashi may apply for returns up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt (applicable only to purchases made in the United Arab Emirates).

Any product(s) being returned must be accompanied by the original receipt, such as an order number or tax invoice. The product(s) being returned must be in complete, unused condition, be in the original packaging, and include any accessories, manuals, or other items that may have been included in the original purchase.

Valid reasons for return and exchange includes the following:

  • Item not as advertised - item(s) received is not as expected based on website purchase.
  • Wrong Item Delivered - item(s) received by the customer is not the same product he/she ordered.
  • Damaged Item - item(s) received by the customer may have dents, scratches or any issues that relates to cosmetics quality.
  • Defective item - item(s) received by the customer is not working properly or it has “Factory Defect”.

 

Mebashi reserves the right to refuse any refund/return requests if the product is received damaged or if any accessories or other original parts are missing.

In that case, returns are acceptable, and defects covered by our warranty policy may be sent back. The process can take up to four (4) business days. Return / Exchange will be done only after the investigation / technical report.

MEBASHI reserves the right to send a new unit after the item has been checked and evaluated if the conditions are acceptable.
